Coo that's big enough to live in! never occured to me Caravans can have pitched roofs!

Go on post loads of Pictures

I have been thinking of getting a long boat seeing as the canal is on my Doorstep

Yes thats the one GG,
Mines fully paid for and just want a quick sale really. I paid £34,950 when Brand New!
I got the Retail at Tenby Park wrong by £8000 though somehow. I may have been looking at the 2 bed model.
Didn't know they were going for that price though.
Will post some pictures in the next couple of days Keith.
The only difference with a static van is they do not grow in value only loose a bit each year.
With Good looking after though they keep and look as good as new.
Now shall I put Mine up a bit? Mmmm think I should.

yes, all those oars down the side would be a nightmare in locks, and the man with the pigtails and the hat on the stern would probably get knocked off entering tunnels

Ground Rent: at Kiln Park is £4050 for 2008 - 2009. (paid till April 2008)
Council Tax: £359 PA (11 Months) have to close for 1 month.
Water Rates: Included in Ground Rent, as is 8 Passes for Leisure Centre, Shows, Swimming Pools, Lawn Cutting, Site Maintainance, Street lighting, Security and Patrols etc.
