I'm under orders from 'er indoors to Spring clean the conservatory
 Windows need cleaning inside & out & take the vertical strip blinds down & put them in the washing machine, No rest for the wicked  .

Got badly sunburnt yesterday, made me very unwell.
Been in bed for most of the day. But my neighbour next door has been in and has made me a light salad for tea, bless her. Lots of after sun cream on. Plus I gotten bitten on the arm and shoulder. Other than that all ok.
