I'm so chuffed with myself everything is back together.
Fitted radiator, new genuine Rover condenser radiator, replacement refurbished fan and replacement pristine bumper.

She is now all up and running and looking very happy with herself, I couldn't of done it without the help and support from this club and its dedicated members.

Thanks so much fellas.

Today installed a new heavy duty battery which really spins engine over nicely now. Then just enjoyed driving it tbh which has made pleasant change from frustration of not being able to work on her because of rain etc past few months. Just need get the aircon re-gassed now and a service.

Tomorrow I'm going to update the Intravee to latest MGR firmware version 7112 which should over come couple gremlins I had in a prior version.

Bought a JML de-bobbler and spent a very therapeutic hour "shaving" the alcantara seats.

Much smoother looking now, I'm well pleased. Now to try and get the outside washed and start polishing, just need the weather to play ball.

Hi fellas, I remember reading on here something about a small metal plate that fits either end of the slam panel, one at each-side that attaches to the one slam panel bolt that bolts to the wing.

What is it for, does it secure the slam panel more securely around the oval hole ?

A happy day! I just bought a 75 Connie. Again.

I sold my first one and kind of regretted it. Now I need autos in my life, and have another dark blue 75
Am hoping to get the car next weekend and will post piccies and so on.

This one will be a keeper!
