This is a Bosal I bought for when mine finally disintegrates - though that hasn't happened yet.

I think I bought it online from Mr Exhaust for around £100 as I recall.

Hope it's as quiet as I'm expecting.

Hello T-cut, could you please tell us if this oval Bosal is as quiet as expected, as I'm afraid the original clamshell 278-967 is nowhere to be found anymore. Much appreciated!

I fitted the standard style clamshell exhaust from DMGRS to my ZT-T V6 auto. It's great quality and very quiet. I have a good photo of it on my car but posting images is a technical challenge for me.

Would that be the clamshell exhaust from DMGRS that is no langer available at the moment?

Yes, that's it. I've just looked and they have one 57mm silencer in stock at the moment.

Thank you for your reaction! Unfortunately DMGRS informed me last week that this one is no longer available (despite what their site says) and probably won’t be for some while…

Am considering ordering a similar one directly from China/Yoycart.com (which claims to have 975 Roewe 750 exhausts available), but this site has rather mixed reviews. Any experiences would be appreciated!

Alternatively, I understand from this site that the (boxy, non-oval) Klarius RR323V/230848 is very satisfactory (silent!) and available, so that’s another option. Again, experiences very much appreciated!

I still have the original fitted - probably because the car's been under SORN for the past four years. It's just passed the MOT without issues, so nothing to report on this front - or tail I should say.

Hello T-cut, thank you for you reaction, good for you you’re still on the original one. Any suggestions on how to obtain a rear silencer as close to (or rather: as silent as) the original ones as possible? Would be much appreciated!
