That makes the standard of driving over here look like Driving Miss Daisy
Do they have speed limits in built up areas ? Doesn't look like it, nutters

A high percentage of Russian drivers use a dashcam while driving, due to the high chance of having an accident coupled with all the insurance scams going on.

The funny thing is half of the drivers with the dash cams were the idiots causing the accidents.
They almost make the French look safe in comparison

Agreed and seen most of them - this was a new (to me) compilation
