Hello Frank,
  1. Fill your cooling system by following the MGR bleeding procedure.
  2. Start the engine.
  3. Press the windscreen demist button (as Suzublu has said).

Is the fan running now?

Simon

There will be little or no cooling at low road speeds plus general low performance.

That's not the way to solve your problems Frank. It will make things unnecessarily complicated.

I recommend the following course of action:
  1. Refill and bleed your cooling system following the link in post no. 6.
  2. Test your radiator fan following the instructions in posts 2 & 3.
  3. Please report back with the result.

Simon

Hi simon
Filled up with coolant my vacuum tool works good
I made a extternal extra smal waterpump with a point for air bleeding. Wat is just above the head the idea of that is air wants up not down for as far as i can see no air is comming out so all of that looks good
After a while of running gets the radiator hot water, so thermostat is working fine( new) engine now runs as should no ticking smooth
So thats fine also and no overheating
Interior heater works got good hot air out
Temp gauge half way so looks good sofar
The fan is not turning
Not if i put on automatic
Not if i put it on defrost window
I replaced the box for fan, if i open it
When i connect top relais with a screwdriver fan turns at hi revs
When i connect lower relais with a screwdriver fan turns at lo revs
So iv got there 12 volts .and resistor is ok otherwise fan was not turning on low revs
Don't know if one ore both relais are not ok
(I do know that it had worked when engine was overheating fan was turning at that time at high revs) have other cilinderheads from car thats runs 30000 miles out of UK new gaskets ....
Injectors been cleaned and checked by company specialised in it
All breather pipes done
New timingbelts

Airco compressor is not turning

So did allready a lot of things
