Good afternoon Lilian and Derek, we are both keeping well but it is very hot today. I have come indoors out of the sun. I asked my neighbours in London to go into the house to leave the heating on fearing frozen pipes. Everyone else here is ticking over. The 4x4 is in the workshop having lots of repairs. The front drive shaft and rubber boot is cracked, the 4 ball joints are to be replaced and the 2 rear shocks are also being replaced. The car had a major service yesterday. I managed to track down the battery drain, another story

Jessica's sister had a bad car experience a couple of days ago. She was driving her Land Rover slowly through a tight bend, when the steering locked and the ignition key was ejected. She ended up in a ditch. No one was hurt and her Landy was recovered. The 4x4s live hard lives in Africa because of the bad roads and weather.

It's good to hear that your consultant is satisfied with your blood condition and that he is keeping a regular check on you
