What are these looms for? Could I add stuff to my plus too easily if it has them?

Some cars have the looms tucked behind the facia plate above the ashtray Dawn.

You can fit, heated seats, cruise, traction, and a rear blind if the looms are present.

Later cars can have trafficmaster too.
