I have two Mercedes 190E,s which have been insured with P.B for nigh on 20 years .Speak to them and get an agreed value .Photos are normally all that is required.It would be a tragedy if you were sold short in the event of accident or incident .On a personal note .Brian has as usual got it spot on with his valuation .He certainly is the man in the know and his opinion is the one who you should be taking on board .

Thank you. I will speak to them at renewal and see how it all works. As a piece of metal it is replaceable, but as it was Paul's, sentimentally its not, no matter whether £800 or £8000!
