Yep you can but that is fraud, and you could get a hefty fine and even a bit of time in the slammer if you get caught.

It will also invalidate the insurance as well as making it extremely difficult to get insurance in the future if caught.

by geez, the authorities over your way do take these things seriously.
Over here, probably just get a fine. But then again, we dont even have a yearly MOT here on the west coast. |
