Default Audio quiet on passenger side Rover 75

I’m pretty sure everything on my 75 is standard as far as audio is concerned, but I have only just bought the car.
The speakers on the passenger side are slightly quieter than the drivers side, I thought at first this was just the front, but I think also the rear is louder and clearer on the drivers side.
It’s not a huge difference, but it’s there. I have played with the balance and fade by the way and that’s not the issue.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Eddie

Default

I had to adjust mine like that to please the wife.--

The balance should able to cure it though.--

Maybe a poor connection to those speakers.
