My chrome surrounds for Main Dash Vents partly are unglued. What kind of glue or scotch I can use? but not to destroy the plastic of vents.

Before using any glue ,have you tried just lightly re heating with hair drier to soften the glue back up see if they restick.

Yes I tried and not worked for me. They are thin and maybe had a little glue.
Now I'm scary to use any glue. They are in very good conditions, but 2 of them unglued.

Try some contact glue. It never completely dries and can be removed easily. I would suggest taping them in place overnight. I haven't tried it yet myself but that's what I would try first.
In fact one of mine has come a little loose so I will be having a go today. I'll let you know tomorrow if it works

I still think it's very, very expensive for that level of quality...

I found a digital printing studio who will make me glossy and matte wrap for window switches and they will give me 7 years (yes, SEVEN) warranty for ANY defects, no questions asked. Price quotation = no more than 20 pounds for all four !!!
I worked in the industry for years. I can assure you, if you get half of that out of a matt wrap you will be doing well.

Especially with a matt holds the heat in far more.

Most wrap now is very cheap and low quality, even 3ms stuff has gone down hill now. I remember not that long ago when you could reshape a piece of avery vinyl half a dozen times onto different objects and would be fine. Now your lucky to get two or or three heat gun blasts on it before it shatters.

I have no way of knowing for sure but using IPA (isopropyl alcohol) to prepare the surface and a hair dryer to prepare both surface and walnut trim has worked perfectly for me. I live in Australia and have had many a 40 degree Celsius day since installing Simons trim and twelve months later have only had one piece lift a little. I have installed everything he makes. Everything. The 3d effect is far superior to any vinyl wrap.

Oh yeah. Can't wait for the door trim to be available. C'mon! Make it happen. Make it happen now!

Sorry but I've been oddly busy recently and haven't had time to try my suggested fix.
I will re-heat the lifted piece to help it form properly (it's a curved front vent chrome piece) and add contact glue in the morning. Then I'll tape it in place and let you know how it goes.
Once again, sorry it took longer than expected to get to it.

No problem. If I will not solve it, then I will buy them again with the part for new android unit from Sean radioguy

Did as I said and it worked just fine. It's been through 27c days and 5c nights and hasn't budged. Even trying to pick it off intentionally doesn't work. So yes. It works and wont damage the plastic underneath.
