75automatic vibration
Hi I have a low mileage 75 diesel automatic and I'm getting a vidration through the floor and seat at 62 to 70 mph then all clear nothing on the steering wheel.could it be lower engine mount had the wheels balanced cheers

Its a different part, the rubber is a different shore hardness (Stiffer for the diesel)

If you are thinking of a Chinese mount there is no such mount for the diesel, as its a mount which is for the V6 & 1.8, but as been used for the diesel with some success but not completely depending on where & which Chinese mount is used. Steer clear of any with this code on, they are for 1.8 and not fit for purpose in my opinion. 1 2 Any with that code even if it does not have D2P-Q on. One tried out back in 2018 was this and it coped quite well, in fact its still be used and checked regular for any wear etc, make sure though that the KKH101385 is also stamped on the part otherwise leave alone, if you go down the road od the one fits all (NOT) Chinese mount. 3 These were the original diesel mounts with a letter T. 1 The above mount is supposed to be still available but as the letter M stamped on it now due to the mould being used for the 1.8 which originally had the M on it, but now also as a yellow dot on the rubber, which is supposed to point to the right composite rubber as been used, as the T mould was either lost or damaged, we are in the hands of hopefully truthful sellers, i still feel its open to abuse as the M mount cost less, therefore adding a yellow dot the seller could up the price as it being a Diesel mount This is the powerflex mount for the diesel i have found it to be good as long as you use the original centre out of the old original mount. 1 2 Hope i have not confused you too much. Been chasing exactly this on my cdti for a couple of years now.
Changed all the mounts and nothing has worked the vibration is still there just in a different position in the 1000- 2000 rpm range ( 50mph ish). Now begining to think it's either the front pulley damper at 161000 miles, or my fav the is the intermediate shaft, which was a 2nd hand one changed about the time the vibes started. Have noticed since the front arm bushes have been done the vibes have changed a bit too. C
