Default tyre wear

Hi all,

Does anyone know why my front right tyre is wearing on both the inner and outer edge ?

The tracking is correct, tyre pressures also (unless a diesel auto needs more ?)

I have HANKOOK tyres on the front, the old continentals suffered the same problem.

No play in the steering or suspension.

Thanks

Pete.

Normally a sign of under inflation, what psi are you using?

That's actually a bit high , I think . Haynes says 2.2 or 2.3 for the auto (32 / 33 psi ).
So , not under-inflation anyway

I agree! The wheel angle on our cars is quite a lot on full lock.

Some cars are more than others. Look at a citroen 2cv on full lock!
