Default V8 on e-bay £5,500, or offers

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rover-75-...cAAOSwJD1epHUH

Just come across this, sounds well cared for.
One owner until last December, so why back on the market?

Could be a genuine reason.

No connection with me at all, and I am certainly not looking for one; the ideas nice, fuel consumption not so.

Regards

Mike

Could be a firesale due to the virus. Not a bad price - shame about the average colour, or I could have been tempted.

Don't let the colour dissuade you. You're on the inside smiling at the other cars around you. Parisians assert the best view of Paris is from the Eiffel Tower for then you cannot see it.

With a 3.5 V8 SD1 and a Daimler Super V8 in the fleet, I am not that desperate!

Ahh, planned v8s. An entirely different proposition.

That Rover was sold in December last year for £4,500 I think it was. Looked in need of TLC and no grill surround etc. then. Front looks wrong still. Bumper Premium MGR but grill-work and badge plinth kind of Roewe?

Squeeze him.

The bought it, and next day had it in Facebook asking what it was worth and then threw up an advert for over £6500.

He's out to make money nothing else.

David, Colin and Les
Hey guys, what do you know about this car and the history you mention.
Dave I think you are right, it is the MG premium bumper, and the badge is Rover, don't think there are any bits from Roewe though
You say it sold for £4.500 in need of TLC and what is it that has caught your eye, re: the wing looks odd 'cos it looks tidy to me ?? ... tell me more, I might just be interested enough to go get this if I can squeeze the right price, ok so it's not the tourer I want, but still it's a v8 dammit hahaha
I already have a tourer in pretty good fettle, goes like stink and pulls like a train, it's also in Silver, perhaps the only thing putting me off this V8 right now, then again I could always repaint mmm strokes chin deep in thought

If you don't want to detail on here feel free to pm me
Cheers Ian aka Mac
