I would suggest the originals are blasted with crushed walnut shells, then take a look here

Try AE Wilcox as well. They carry stuff and it isnt listed on Xpart half the time.

Hi Ross.
I didn't want to post up before I had received these below for my FL2 which I received today, they might be the right size and fit for the job on our cars too. 1 2 3 washer is 85mm or 8.5cm 4 5 Therefore these could be an alternative to the ones on the R40 when I have time I will try and measure he ones on our cars Arctic

The correct washers are domed and are almost 9cm edge to edge, but then there is the "inner" part of the dome which is less than 8.5cm, so not sure if that matters, Steve? Pics to help:
