Maybe the best music player for Android !
As most of Android HU users, I used to use the standard android music player, elegant, fast and simple but... I missed some features such as flac and WMA support, BIG album covers... And, most of all, I didn't like the sound ! First, the ridiculous treble / bass settings of the system is extremely frustrating and more, I found the sound of a physical CD was better than the ripped (.wav) cd from Android !
And, after a lot of frustrating trials I found Player Pro !!! It plays a WIDE variety of formats, including flac and WMA and handles your library beautifully, for examples, it automatically downloads the artists's photos : And when it comes to play, I can enjoy big, hig-quality covers : And, most important, WHAT A SOUND !! From scratch, the sound is FAR BETTER than the standard player but, if you download the (free) DSP plugin, you can enjoy a REAL equalizer : (Here are my current settings, of course it's very subjective but my HK amp never sounded better !!!) All in all, for 3,30€, sounds like a plan !! Here : https://market.android.com/details?i...xheWVycHJvIl0. Last edited by bryanfury75; 30th January 2012 at 20:05.. |

Thanks for that Bryan. I was very disappointed with the sound quality of my Samsung Galaxy sII compared to my old iPhone 3GS but wow what an improvement. This should have been installed as part of the original phone software.
