Well the easiest solution is to replace the BMW analogue unit with a BMW hybrid unit offering digital and analogue. Just unplug the old and insert the new – same size, same plugs. Downside is they are still very expensive on ebay (£400-£500). I paid £600 for mine 7 or 8 years ago and it has been faultless and I installed it at the seller’s house to ensure it worked.

I suspect it will work on the original small screen supplied with the 75 but will also allow you to upgrade to the broad monitor….. So many options to spend money on your car!
