Cat C damaged MG ZT-T 190+ (£300 bargain) **SOLD**
Ok, so some of you may have seen my post from the other week, unfortunately my lovely ZT was hit by a drunk driver outside my home early doors one, the driver accepted liability and of course the car has been declared as a total loss. I have the engineers report to state the repairs required, it would need a new rear bumper, tailgate and a drivers side rear cluster. I have opted to keep the car from being scrapped in case a fellow owner wants to repair it and make it road legal again or whether it's just for parts for their own one. The car needs to be gone this weekend. It could be driveable with the help of tape to keep the damaged areas in place but I wouldn't advise a long trip. Some details on the car:
ZT-T 190+ finished in solar red 163k on the clock, has a full comprehensive service history with receipts of cambers, clutch at 137k Straights alloys with good tyres, all replaced not so long ago Brand new 325 cross drilled black diamond front discs/pads Xenon headlamps Working power fold mirror's Has drivers pack so parking sensors, auto dim mirror, trip and rain sensing wipers Alacantara interior Good quality cd/mp3 player with blue tooth and hands free oil catch tank fitted Induction kit full size spare straight alloy Spare tyre with good tread Still taxed until end of the month Just passed an mot in January It has been a great car to me, always started and I am truly gutted it has ended the way it has, I would love for someone to repair it and put it back on the road but I would also be happy knowing it helped keep another ZT on the road, I have nowhere to store it and with work taking me away in march for 4 months there isn't a lot I can do. As said, it will need to be gone this weekend, I will put up pictures of how it looked before and now with the damaged area. With all the bits it has and the fact it doesn't need much repairs I would like £300 for it. |

Photo below showing the rear end damage, there has been no floor damage, or damage to the rear quarters, not the best angle, it's the only one I have at the minute

That's excellent news. Well worth repairing, glad it's being repaired.

I have Solar Red rear bumper sitting on my garden free to a good home.
Just needs a wee lick of paint here and there but generally in good nick!

Have you any other solar red bits and pieces? I'm looking in particular for a good bonnet with no lacquer peeling off.
