Cool Dark Fantasy Limousine

I just had to share this with you. A couple of days ago I received a PM from new forum member joshjoshua asking me about Long Wheel Base Rover 75's.

It turns out that the picture we have of a Monogram Dark Fantasy car in the 'Many Colours' gallery, actually belongs to him now, and that it is a LWB example no less, which he has had converted to LHD as he lives in Estonia.

The ex-MG Rover Group car was originally owned by member Polarbear who bought it from SMC Rover in Slough in April 2006, and sold it on in Sept 2007.

Now joshjoshua has it and it looks magnificent I have to say. Take a look at some of the pictures he sent.....

This car must be the only example of a long wheel base in that colour,
and to show what it looked like before it was converted to LHD, here are some pictures of it back in 2007

I hope that if you are reading this thread Rain (joshjoshua) that you will post up and tell us more about how you came to acquire it and go about converting it to Left Hand Drive. Many thanks for getting in touch

I don't even want to know how much SMC wanted for it originally, let alone how much it would of cost to ship it to Estonia & LHD convert it - but it looks like it's worth every penny!

What a lovely motor. The wheels really set it off, anyone know what they are? look like a cross between Stars & Multispoke.
