Default parts needed for cruise conversion

hi, as the title sugests, i'm looking at a connie tourer with no cruise on it and if i do buy it i will want to retrofit a cruise system but i've no idea of what i need to get parts wise or any idea of how to take on the job, any help would be gratefully recieved!
To those asking why, it's coz in the market for a tourer with a sunroof and they seem to be few and far between, the one i'm thinking of getting sorted out aint got cruise but everything else is hitting the spot so it's a strong contender, just depends on how much of a pain it is to do the job (and more importantly the cost of doing it!!!)
Thanks in advance guys.

Lots of info about the retro fit process on here with a how to, just do a search, think you need the steering wheel controls, ecu and loom.

I've got a smokestone leather steering wheel with the I.C.E controls and Cruise controls available but wouldn't be able to sell/deliver for a few weeks so if you get stuck remember me as your last resort.

Wish I'd not read this, as guess what I want now!

If I am reading the links kindly provided by mamasboy correctly, it seems you just need

- Steering wheel controls
- Loom (if you haven't got it)
- ECU
- On/off switch
- Switch panel

I have the steering wheel controls already, so one down!

Quick search on here and eBay suggests not bad prices for the bits either and T4 only needed if you want to have the "resume" function operative

Right, now on the look out for bits!

Again, i'm making an assumption here, as the 75 has a drive by wire system fitted as std, the ECU for the cruise gives instruction to the main ECU, therefore the gearbox type is not important, it operates the throttle body stepper motor in the case of the petrol variant... waits to be corrected and apologise for bad info what engine are you looking at by the way?
