Hi line tv unit Mute

How do I get the TV off mute? Its on the screen in green but what knob to twist or press to get onto it?

Ive only had it since September and tried every day since and so have given up!

Radio and nav etc fine just the tv. Ive not got a digibox yet but just want to hear the hiss so I can go buy a digibox knowing all is fine!
