Smokestone Sunvisors and Sunvisor Bulbs

I have pair of Smokestone Sunvisors in good condition and 4 x Bulbs taken from illuminated sunvisors (these were working before removal) see pics below.
I am after the Hazard/Door lock switches and a rear window switch.
Hope someone can help.
