After rechecking the cable the green block is blank and 1 cable running from the yellow block the blue block i think runs to the 6 cd changer that was connected if that helps at all.

Thanks

Cheers Stu will ask at halfords if they got a pc99-x39 with the patch lead this afternoon and will let you know how i get on weird that 2 companies both said the x04 version was right and the controls all different oh well will give your version a try cant do any harm lol

Many thanks

Halfords don't do it, you should just search the www and get one from there

this is where I bought all mine from, I did my first ZT and second ZTwith the pc99-x39 and removed the IR sensor which was on the ZT

and then when I replaced the one on the project car I had to use the PC99-X32 as that had the BMW Connectors

Hope that you get it sorted

Cheers Stu thanks for all your help hopefully get it sorted now

Been on to dynamic sounds and they say the pc99-x39 will not work as my green pug does not have any wires in and seen as the pc99-x04 partly worked that the steering controls will not be in 2 places ggrr doing my head in now lol

http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=79121

I had the factory fitted symphony pic 2 installed if that will help just getting passed pillar to post ggrr why they make it so difficult just to add the steering controls

Hi this is the connections in the car the far right connection is the 1 that plugged in to the factory fitted alpine im wondering if 1 of them plgs does the steering controls as the cd multi changer only goes to a single plug?

Paul
That looks like the connectors for the Symphony, the steering wheel control cables are Blue/Purple and Blue/Orange and should be in pins 2 & 3 of the grey power ISO connector.

If it is, the PC99-X04 is the correct Autoleads adapter lead for that system.

You could try a different make, both 'Connects2' and 'IncarTec' have steering wheel adapter systems.
