To be honest locating based on the IP rarely works beyond county level. Depending on which of the 3 internet connections I have here in the office I use I either appear to be in London, Sheffield or Scotland! None of them puts me in the middle of the Norfolk Broads.

To be honest I have no problem with people here knowing where I am.

My IP shows me as Sheffield. I'm in Wales.
