sun visor light replacement bulbs

i've just ordered some 38mm festoon non canbus led replacement bulbs to replace all my sun visor bulbs since I had a blown bulb amongst them. However the seller has said he didn't have them so he's upgraded me to 'brighter' ones. They have what appears to be a heatsink across the back which I presume is a ballast resistor so I assume he's sent me canbus bulbs. Is this a bad idea to fit in the sun visors for heat and power draw reasons? should i get a refund or give them a try?

doesn't matter - these ones are a touch too wide to fit anyway. Anyone able to recommend a link to some sure fire ones that fit?
