I spent most of the day cleaning it, and when I was cleaning engine bay (alternator), I caught it with the wire wool, and the wire wool caught alight, so definitely knackered alternator me thinks, but luckily I have a spare Alternator, so it looks like I will be trying to fit one during the course of next week
