I found Jessica's 2011 macbook pro 'Yosemite' under the sofa last week, which has been missing for 2 years. She said I could have it

I decided to wipe the hard drive clean and to do a reset to factory setting. Mac OS X Lion flashed up.

Tried to re install Lion many times, but It keeps saying "an error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running the application again".

It is a problem ....
