Default Knocking from the front. Not the anti roll bar?

Hello! Since purchase, my lovely 75 has had a knocking very much like a failing drop link. I've replaced both the links and bushes but a knocking can still be heard and felt under my feet. The exhaust is very secure and away from any braces and the rear front wishbone bushes are also new. Would a top mount cause this? The ball joints on the wishbones seem okay all be it easy to move.

Thanks!

Hi Joseph.
Put the car on some ramps, or axle stands chock the back wheels, remove the under tray, gear into neutral, then remove the lower engine mount and check that.

Thank you Arctic,

I've had a look and it definitely appears to be cracking but not torn as of yet. I may replace it for peace of mind while I'm under the car.

Joe

As Arctic suggests a safe way of checking, and to be honest, if you've got that far you might as well change it. Economical and relatively quick.
Good luck
