What was the fuel burning heater for?

It heats up the water in the cooling system so that the car is nice and warm then you get out to it in the cold weather. There are timers and remotes to add to them so that it comes on when you want or you can get it going with a remote from your house when you get up in the morning

$25,000 US is a bit steep, my Spanish is not good but from the comments on the forum in the original link, they think it's overpriced too.
