Default 1999 Connie Se For Sale Soon

Hi All

Due to lack of use I have decided to sell the connie at the end of july. when Lawless Jnr and I return from our annual fishing trip, so...

1999 Cowley built SE 2.0V6 Manual

120,000 MILES
Silver
Real wood
Leather, Embossed headrests
Climate
Cruise Control
Crown Alloys
2 New front tyres. Rears fine.
New exhaust 2 weeks ago
Mot Oct , Tax sep
Electric rear blind
Electric heated memory drivers and electric passenger seats
Front fogs
Computer
Vanity mirrors
Multichanger CD
Towbar with twin leccie and bike rack bracket (never used by me)
Parking sensors
Alarm
"See Me Home" Headlights.
Massive history file (belts done)
Both fans work
Plenums clear
Rear mount done last year
New bonnet cable last year
Unused full size spare. Tools still wrapped in polythene
Super clean, all chrome good, no dents or dings
Basically all you would expect from a pre Project Drive SE except for the telly and it all works.

Bad bits....
Small blister on bonnet and a tiny chip on O/S rear door.
Inlet rattle but performance is spot on.(Starts on the button and smooth as it should be.)
Slight wear on drivers seat lumbar. Not ripped.
Only one key

I dont really want to sell it but a hatchback or estate is what i really need. (So if anybody has a nice 25 or 45 to swap or px plus cash. I would prefer to stick with Rover)

I will be looking for a not too pricey £1200. Happy to haggle tho'
Anyone interested please PM me. Can email loads of pictures to anyone interested.

Thanks

Paul

That's a nice clean example - and IMO you are certainly not being greedy on the price. How on earth have you managed to keep it free of parking "dings" all these years? All that service history too!

(On a downbeat, if that spare tyre is over 10 years old it's servicability is a bit questionable - but that really is nitpicking!). Good luck - hope you don't regret selling it for at least a week...!!

Well, the price of a tyre is always negotiable. On another note I have ammended the price to meet club rules.

Okay, having seen a rather lovely 45 hatch for sale which will suffice for my trip I have decided to sell now.

Anybody interested?

Bump. First £1000 has it. I need to get it off the drive to make room for my new car.
