Default lumbar adjustment for manual seat

Can anyone tell me if a complete backrest section from a front electric passenger seat, will transfer onto a manual seat base, and adjust manually using the same adjusters etc transfered over

Or if not the case, a lumbar support mechanism from a front electric seat backrest, is able to be installed into a manual seat, backrest frame.

Has this option ever been available on manual seats, and if so, to which model was it fitted ?

Cheers

Snagger.
