I know the feeling Jeff I had to do the track rod ends & suspension arm for last years MOT, I've a feeling the other side will need doing this time.

The rains just arrived here, they are big drops of rain.

Edit: LOL the missus & daughter have gone out and I've been unable to find ninja cat, I searched high & low through the house then heard a faint meow from the bedroom. it turned out that my missus had taken a top out of the drawer & unbeknown to her the cat had jumped into the drawer & got shut in lol.

Hmm . . . . manifold swap duties looking doubtful today, although it isn't as sunny as yesterday its incredibly clammy, downright unpleasant in the garage. That and I was advised not to use sealant on the inlet manifold gaskets so didn't get any. Guy on the 260s changed his inlet manifold 1500 miles ago, didn't use sealant and he's got traces of coolant. Lastly, the fuel rail/injectors are secured by daft looking 8mm bolt/stud things with a pointless "tail" extending beyond the actual hex head. I got the ones off the replacement manifold with a small spanner, can't get at the ones on the car, need the rail off to get at the manifold/head bolts. Best option looks like a 8mm long reach socket which, predictably, I haven't got.

The best place today Steve is some where in the shade with a Pima or something like that
