As my car is not blue (it's platinum gold), can the powerfold switch and looms be connected to the existing non-powerfold mirrors already on my own Rover 75 or would they only work with the mirrors they come with?

Switch and loom will only work with the mirrors in the picture as they are power folds. Standard mirrors do not have the electric motors built in to them to allow the folding action.

Trust this helps.

Yes, I now understand. Pity! I have been looking for ages for chrome skull cap powerfold mirrors. Sorry I can't take yours off your hands for you but good luck with the sale anyway.

The mirror covers (chrome or painted) can be swapped over on both skull type and bullet type, but not from one to the other.

I have seen an advert on .org for skull cap full kit power folds. That way you can just change the rear covers over so you have chrome.

Please note that i do not know the seller or invloved in any form in the sale.

Trust this assists.

If anyone wants these, but doesn't want the covers, I would love some decent quality trophy blue bullet covers. I have chrome ones to exchange...
