I am looking forward to the Bournemouth Air Festival, when the two Lancs are scheduled to fly.

A great time to visit Bournemouth, with no air display entry fees.

But the printed programme is the best for any air display, is cheap, and profits go to the whole show. a fabulous few days.

Will be displaying at the Clacton Air Show this month as well
Shame us locals hardly get to see it as our Air Show is on a Thursday and Friday when we are stuck at work

I've marked the calendar for September 6th when it will be at Prestwick Airport just a few miles from my house.

I might even get a fly past over the house, the Red Arrows flew directly over me just after their display at the opening ceremony of The Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

A Lancaster, couldn't tell whether it was the Canadian one, overflew Stoke yesterday (Sat 9th around midday) heading east. A wonderfull sight and sound....
