Default Holland 314 Many Thanks. Sun Roof

,SIZE="3"][/SIZE]

Got the sunroof motor this morning checked it to make sure I could still wind it manually, no problem.
Plugged it in loose to make sure it functioned both ways, no problem.
Bolted it into the sunroof mechanism, tried it, brilliant it worked opening the sunroof, this is where the problem stated it would not return to its closed position, had a look on the outside that's that's when I noticed a little wisp of blue smoke, immediately turned of the ignition by this time the motor became quite hot to handle.
Took the motor out and unplugged it and waited for it to cool down, I suppose the only consolation is I could wind it closed properly, I presume there must be a bit of debris in there somewhere, anyway I ain't going to muck about with it anymore it can stay closed.
