The first suspect is (for me, at least) always drop links - aftermarket items can be of poor quality. Reports have some lasting weeks or months before failure.
Were these changed, and for good quality items?

As mat said try drop links 1st
Just turn wheels on full lock grab anti roll bar were the bottom of the drop link connects to and push it up & down you should feel the play. Then turn to full lock other way and check other side. |

My Tourer used to knock/thump when offside wheel drove up a small raised lip on half inch and even at 4 mph turning into my courtyard. Replaced drop links and still did it, replaced lower wishbone and bushes and cured it

After speaking briefly to you the weekend as I was busy sorting out Stealth gearbox driveshaft seal and full service, from what you explained then I said it would be the drop link. I know you have replaced both lower wishbone bushes and NS lower wish bone arm but I bet they used cheap/spurious drop links these are the ones you need below get a couple and I will pop them on for you Arctic http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3910328678...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Alternatively, we have the MG OEM items used in the construction of the MG7 and Roewe 750 - they should live as long as the originals did. They're here:
MG OEM Drop Links - RBM100241 A little on the pricey side, but worth it if the car is a keeper.

Sorry to say that when I did my front end refurb I used Delphi, one lasted 4 months, the warranty replacement is still on there! Just bad luck I guess.
