Size?

Physical dimentions of motor? circumference of fan? power of fan motor?

Only asking as I have a three speed one in the shed (somewhere) I could measure or take specification from.

Hi Dave
What Im trying to do is source an alternative to the Jennilee unit
and the company ive been in touch with have asked for the
size of the standard fan IE 12"
Ive noticed that some of the members have opted for a two
speed unit instead of the three speed factory fit is there
a negative side to this or is it perfectly ok to do so
Regards
NICK NICK

Pacet the company I'm talking to say the radiator is big enough to take
one 16" or 2 12" fans but they need more information on the dimensions

As I understand it, two speed fans are superior to the three speed in as much as they seem bulletproof (with the exception of the external resistor see jules) All 450w fans are the same size wether 2 or 3 speed. some 1.8 have a 300w fan that is shallower but still fits into the same housing.

Just been out to the shed and gug out my spare fan and motor. The measurement across the fan blades is a touch over 18"

Keith has a sticky on how to fit the kenlow fan but still not cheap
HTH
Let mr know if you need more dimensions, wifey thinks I've lost the plot fan on livingroom carpet and all......
