How to put anti freeze in my 75 estate
I recently bought 75 petrol turbo and I need to put some anti freeze in it.I have no manual.
The water level is correct so I need to take some out.what is the best or easiest way to do this. Is there a drain plug somewhere or what hose should I disconnect to let some water out. any advise would be gratefully received. Thanks Bill |

Bill,
If you are in doubt about your antifreeze concentration it's best to drain the entire cooling system then refill with a prepared solution of antifreeze and soft water. When you're doing this you will need to bleed the system at the same time otherwise you could end up with an air lock. Draining, filling and bleeding instructions for the 1.8 & 1.8T are here. A Haynes manual would be a useful addition to your Christmas list. Simon
