How To Change The Black Door Finisher Panels On Our Cars
Hope this will help anyone whom as to change the black door finisher panels on our cars which sometimes start to deteriorate
Once you have sourced them fig 1 1 Window down then look behind the rubber channel fig 2 2 You will find three screws top middle and bottom fig 3/4/5 3 4 5 Once you have removed the three screws peel back the rubber fig 6/7 6 7 Then remove the panel like so below fitting is reverse fig 8 8 Job done i think these could be rubbed down and sprayed if not to bad a condition may try it one day and post the out come cheers Arctic

Wait until you try the rear door lol. I saw this on Wednesday on my car. It's a lot more fettling to get it back in and saying it's the reverse, whilst true, doesn't prepare you for the fiddliy pain in the derriere it is to get it right!

my personal recommendation would be to get the bottom bits in either side of the glass and put the window up slowly, then back down again, to drag it down - the motor does the hard work, and draws the rubber in.
