Default Breast Cancer Care Charity

As an update and as some will know, I sold my beloved ZT earlier this week, watched it disappear down the close on Tuesday, was quite sad to see it go; never been so attached to a car in my life. It's gone to a very nice fellow enthusiast who I am sure will look after it. I donated the proceeds to the charity Breast Cancer Care, here are their replies. The money was transferred over and here are the replies from the charity:

Hi Gary,

That’s brilliant, thanks so much for letting us know. I will keep a look out for your payment and will let you know once we have received it. When we have received it in our bank account, I will then be able to send both you and Sandra and thank you letter.
Thanks so much again for your support, to put your money into perspective, by raising over £800.00 this could help a younger woman with breast cancer to feel less isolated by attending a two day event with expert information, support and a space to connect with others under 45 with the same diagnosis, so you can see your money really does make a huge difference.
I’ll be in touch again once we have received the donation.
Kind Regards,
Robyn

and:

Hi Gary,

I have just checked our accounts and we have received your kind donation of £950.00, thank you.
You’ll be receiving a thank you letter in the next couple of weeks.
Kind Regards,
Robyn

All I need to do now is find a replacement car.

It was the very least I could do to put something back into the system and to help others in a similar position.

Tough old battle.

A very heart warming thing to do Gary

Cancer doesn't care what demographic you're from.....it has the capacity to effect anyone and everyone!
