Default Code 1260

Ok my CDTI is coming up with: code 1260 pre-supply pressure monitoring error.
Fuel pre-supply pre-pressure 3.84 bar
reduction due to low pre-supply pressure
pre-supply pressure blew min value for eng start, yet it starts.

I keep clearing it but it comes back on next start, it don't have the under bonnet pump being a mk2.

Anyone know what this could be?

Thanks.

Could be the fuel pump at the rear?

Check and clean the plug connection to the LP fuel pressure sensor, also check the wiring going to it. It sits on top of the fuel filter just inboard of the battery.

That "fault" is logged every time an NNN500340 ECM is allowed to time out the pump..... i.e.when you're fannying on with TOAF with the ignition turned on and the pump stops after running for a minute

Don't worry about it
