Default N reg Rover Ashes to ashes

Brilliant ending to the latest Ashes to Ashes series but did anyone else notice the N reg Rover 600 parked up?
I'll say no mre incase not everyones watched it yet.

And yes hello! I'm back from the dead by the way , apologies for my absence but life doesn't always go the way you planned it does it?

MGC.. Hmmm I had one of those, the 3 litre with the bump on the bonnet, fun to drive, but the ragtop was very very noisy!! lol..

Erm, I thought the "N" reg "Rover 600s" were in fact Honda Accords with a Rover badge stuck on? Did they still make them with Rover engines at that time? 1996 ish?

Yes there is,
Confirmed on the BBC Breakfast show yesterday by Philip Glenister (Gene Hunt)
He said that will be his last series of the format.
