what supports the two rods?
is there an added strengthener in the headrest or is the gap between the rods just foam? |

the back of the headrest is at a steep angle, might be a problem there.

I'm sure there is a member on here already done this, the headrest picture is part of his signature, though it is possible they are bespoke ones. Gosh see this so often but can't remember who the member is - getting madder by the day.

Have you compared the sizes as the replacements headrests can accomadate much larger screens than the rover headrests.

righto Here is a Rover embossed headrest massacred to see inside. The two black bits control the tilt and they meet at the top for sturdiness, with the foam removed the stainless steel frame is now obviously insecure, in order to get a dvd in here it would need to be a very shallow one so the foam remains to support the headrest. Next option is to glue the steel frame to the foam, maybe with liquid foam??Is there stuff thing? Then screw or cable tie the dvd player to the steel frame. Another thing i learnt Next time leave more leather so that they can be used as flaps and fold in on the dvd player for a better finish and secure Last edited by phenonix; 29th October 2019 at 05:18.. |
