'synery' in car control
The synery system looks fine, but my problem is i dont want to open the bonnet and turn the switch round to whatever performance i need.
example - start off to work early, use economy/torque mode. start off late for work - need max power. normaly 1 can get to work on ecomony, with just two needs for max power when exiting junctions onto uphill main roads. Is there a system that comes with an in-car switch? Thanks |

would probably be best set at best performance setting and let your right foot decide how much you use no need for switch ect.

RoveRon sells the cabin control switch for the synergy, but I believe you must send him yours back to allow for the modification to be made.

You can get a cabin switch for the Synergy but... I wouldn't bother.
To my knowledge the difference between the modes is mainly throttle response - mine is on a fairly high setting (9?), but I can still get a stupid MPG hypermiling if I try... |

The cabin switch gives 3 options.......Off, On (whatever setting the box is on) & On (equiv to setting 2 on the box)

..and not much point in changing the settings on the move. The Synergy only reads and responds to the switch setting on initial startup, so your only way to change it would be to stop and restart the engine.
