sorted out my steering wheel with dye from stubie

That looks fine, may be another coat as some of the under cover is showing through in places, but a great improvement. How long did it take to dry?

Hope it lasts okay but no doubt you have some left over if required.
Well done!! What's next on the to do list?

Today the 23rd of April I will mostly be: Kids, bikes, dog, kids, bikes, dog...Seems to be a pattern forming here

Car: Connie SE CDT Manual, Mods: O-Rings, Silicon intercooler hose, Stainless EGR Bypass, BMW PCV Mod, 160 Upgrade, DD Unit, Projector Headlights, Powerflex Bottom Mount, Remote Clutch reservoir, SS Compensator; Inline Stat To Come: cat gut (when replacing iffy section). Meteors after refurb..

after 189k and had be recoloured before i got it with the wrong colour it looks loads better not perfect but ok, going to leave it a few days before i put a couple more coats on.

got to clean the inside more had a once over will a wet vac but still dirty, really want some sandstone leather seats but funds are low.

thats the worst st/wheel i have ever seen in a 75, did the prep work have anything to do with it or was it just purely down to wear ?.

its looking good now though, what a transformation! nice one.

that was how it was just very worn

used a scouring pad with some tar and glue remover to get the leather paint off that was the wrong colour so it was back to a very worn normal rover 75 wheel then got a rag and wiped round with tar and glue remover and let dry, then started to apply the dye

You certainly improved that 300% innit..

Guess who bought some black dye to do his steering wheel... And can't remember where it is now......

Busy at the moment, but will get some more soon as...
...
