![]() finally found a Tourer steed! 2 owners, full history, new diesel intank fuel pump, handbrake cables, aircon condensor, new Dunlops all round and on 129k. Handling/comfort balance is absolutely out of this world and clutch lightest I've felt.
£1250. He had a lot of calls! Its a peugeot 406HDi 90..... And Ron can convert my Synergy cable ends temporarily to suit the HDi for £15. Marvellous. Completely takes the pressure off - and increasing the enjoyment of - buying another 75 now... |

![]() is there much bodywork left? I'd be very interested to know how long his first clutch lasted....
Another advantage of also running a 407 estate - Tourer roof bars fit ![]() Last edited by pondweed; 27th September 2007 at 18:12.. |
