Idle moment....
In an idle moment I wondered if anyone had fitted a 5-litre Coyote engine to a v8 ZT?
Add a Roush supercharger (some of engines came with one fitted?) and you'd have a super saloon which would challenge any Mercedes, BMW or Audi! Andrew

Yes its been done by Shrader Performance in the US on a grey mkii ZT-T 260 they imported from the UK a few years back. Steve (if I remember the name rightly) has posted about it on the 260 Facebook page many times. Last time I saw it was running over 700bhp.

Here's some pics of the coyote ZTT. He also has a typhoon ZTT 260 and I believe the firefrost one is a prototype model (euro 5 I think?) |

It was and I think still is up for sale, £35000 plus costs to get it back which I think he said was about £3,500.
A very unique and fast car, about 9.2 sec standing quarter, which is quicker than most 1 litre plus superbikes. |
