My mk2 has amber lights and, having just checked, it appears that I have mk1 clocks.
It was built in April ‘04 though, which might explain it.

Early mkii's still had the mki clocks fitted. My dad's was the same. Changed the dials for mkii ones when I did the highline upgrade for him as we prefer the look of them but kept the amber backlighting.
