Yes Byron offers replica MKII V8 RH side heat shields he had made. He doesn't offer the mki heat shields though like the set in this post.
The problem with getting things made like this is it all depends on demand. Ideally you have to have at least 20pcs made at a minimum to be able to achieve a low enough cost per unit. And even then it can still cost around £100 each as I think from memory that's how much Byron was able to offer the mkii replica heat shields for.
